4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are stated in the relevant engagement agreement. Prices displayed on this website (where shown) are indicative and may be subject to change. Confirmed pricing is binding only when set out in a signed engagement agreement. All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend work where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, design, and visual elements — is the property of Lumina Cyber or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Deliverables produced under an engagement agreement (such as written briefs, usage policies, and CISO reports) are owned as specified in that agreement. Where not specified, written deliverables are licensed to the client for use within their organisation, and ownership of the underlying methodology and templates remains with Lumina Cyber.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our advisory services are provided to support your team's decision-making — not to replace it. Recommendations and written outputs from our engagements are prepared with care, but they do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory compliance advice, and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel and compliance teams where required.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lumina Cyber's total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information shared with us during an engagement as confidential. We do not disclose client-specific information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. Specific confidentiality obligations are set out in each engagement agreement.
